EmailI’m Ben Turner, and Computer Tutor VB is my concierge IT service for homes and businesses across Hampton Roads.
Background
I served 8 years in the U.S. Navy. Since then I have spent about 20 years in technical engineering and IT.
That work has covered a wide range. I have run enterprise infrastructure with more than 14,000 servers, led technical services teams, and built AI and automation systems.
Why concierge IT
Computer Tutor VB brings that experience to homes and businesses across Hampton Roads. I come to you, fix what is broken, set things up the right way, and show you how to keep it running.
No call center and no ticket queue, just one person who answers and shows up.
“We don’t do it because it’s easy; we do it because we thought it would be easy.”
